1. Product description:
- Raw materials for processing this type of rubber are secondary latex which are mixed together in a suitable proportion to produce quality products.
- Technical specifications for these rubbers are Po index, impurity content, PRI retention index, ash content, volatile matter content, Nitrogen content.
- The different nature of the raw materials used to process this type of rubber requires a stricter quality check of grades derived from latex (SVR L, CV) and an elaborate blend.
- The production of block rubber from secondary latex requires many steps: Preliminary washing of raw materials, chopping, drying and baling.
- The product has little hashing, high tensile strength, is widely used in techniques such as: Automobile tires and products require high tear resistance, wear resistance, high hardness.
2. Application:
- This type of rubber is produced from latex, so the nature of rubber is hard. The CV50 produced very good products for making tires.
- In addition, it also coordinates with latex grades to create a GP product that meets the basic requirements of tire technology.
