Product Description
The high-performance hollow micro-bubbles supplied by Zhongke Yali are super lightweight hollow sphere powder consisted of inorganic nonmetal materials. The recent developed product is a kind of high performance material that can be used in many fields. The product gets a density of 0.15 to 0.60 g/cc and particle size of 5-180 microns. The product is characterized in light weight, large volume, low thermal conductivity, high compressive strength, fine dispersion and strong flowability, good chemical stability, etc. Zhongke Yali Hollow glass beads H Series and HS Series can be widely used in aerospace, buoyancy in deep-sea submersibles, paint coating, lightweight insulation board, plastic, glass reinforced plastics, artificial stone, putty, sports equipment, automotive, emulsion explosive, low density slurry and drilling fluid.

Chemical Resistance
In general, the chemical properties of hollow micro-bubbles resemble those of a
aluminium-rich silicate glass.
 
Thermal Conductivity
Conductivity increases with temperature and product density. The thermal
conductivity of a composite will depend on the matrix material and volume loading of
hollow micro-bubbles.
 
Thermal Stability
Appreciable changes in bubble properties may occur above 600°C depending on
temperature and duration of exposure.
Packing Factor (Ratio of bulk density to true particle density)
Averages about 60%.
 
Oil Absorption
0.2-0.6 g oil/cm3 of hollow micro-bubbles.
 
Alkalinity
Maximum of 0.5 milli equivalents per gram.pH
Because hollow micro-bubbles are a dry powder, pH is not defined. The pH effect will
be determined by the alkalinity as indicated above. When hollow micro-bubbles are
mixed with deionized water at 5% volume loading, the resulting pH of the slurry is
typically 9.1 to 9.9, as measured by a pH meter.
 
Dielectric Constant
1.2 to 2.0 @ 100 MHz, based on theoretical calculations.
The dielectric constant of a composite will depend on the matrix material and volume
loading of hollow micro-bubbles.
 
Flow
Hollow micro-bubbles remain free flowing for at least one year from the date of
shipment if stored in the original, unopened container in the minimum storage
conditions of an unheated warehouse.
