Isoprene rubber is a high-performance rubber used in the production of tires, Polyisoprene rubber is widely used in the tire manufacturing industry for its stable chemical properties. This product is the main vulcanizing agent for rubber.
This product is relatively soluble in natural rubber and styrene butadiene rubber at room temperature, but difficult to dissolve in regular stereoisomeric polybutadiene rubber and nitrile rubber. Its solubility in rubber increases with increasing temperature.
This product has been filtered through a 150 mesh mesh screen and mixed before filtration, removing lumps and crystals from the sulfur powder. During the pre dispersion process, the sulfur dispersion was greatly improved and the rubber mixing efficiency was enhanced.
When using this product, it has the characteristics of easy dispersion, no impurities, and no dust. Mainly used for manufacturing tires, rubber shoes, hoses, tapes, cables, and general rubber industrial products. Not applicable to products that come into contact with food. In soft rubber, the dosage is generally 0.2-5.0 parts; When manufacturing hard glue, the dosage can be as high as 25-40 parts.
